 All you need is a ballpoint pen. Take out the ink cartridge and all the pieces so that you're left with just the pen tube.
Next, push the pen tube into the part you want to turn and use a chopstick to push the tip of the sewn piece into the end of the pen tube. Gently push the blunt end of the chopstick into the pen tube as far as it will go. Now, you can use your fingers to push the rest of the piece over the part that is already turned right side out.
