-For the doll: I’m using plush fabric with 30% of stretch, strong thread, like heavy nylon upholstery sewing thread, stuffing (non-allergenic toy filling, polyfill, wool, etc.);
-For the face: Black and beige embroidery thread;
-For the accessories: for the bib and diaper cover I’m using jersey fabric, and for the pacifier, I’m using felt fabric and a small magnet.

WITH THIS PATTERN YOU CAN MAKE Soft baby doll, magnet pacifier, bib, and diaper cover with or without the ruffles.
This Soft Baby Doll is the perfect toy for any child who loves to play with dolls. It's soft, cuddly, and designed to look and feel like a real baby. It's made out of plush fabric, which makes it a great snuggling friend for bedtime too.
One of the unique features of this doll is the magnet pacifier made out of felt fabric that can be attached and removed at any time. This pacifier is designed to stay in place, thanks to the magnet that is inserted inside the head of the doll. This feature adds an element of realism to the doll, making it feel like a real baby.
In addition to the pacifier, the doll also comes with a bib that attaches around the neck of the doll using a hook and loop, making it easy to put on and take off.
The diaper cover is made of two options -with ruffles for a baby girl and without for a boy. Both the bib and diaper cover is made out of jersey fabric.
This sewing pattern is intermediate or confident beginner's skill level. It includes step-by-step photographs, detailed instructions, a VIDEO TUTORIAL for each step, and lots of tips from my years of dollmaking experience. Baby and accessories are machine sewn, the head is attached by hand and the baby's face is embroidered. Seam allowance is included. Both metric and imperial measurements are included.
Experience sewing cloth dolls is not necessary but it is desirable, but sewing skills are needed. And, I'm just an email away so please don’t hesitate to contact me.
